## Get help

- **General question** - use the form below. Setup help, plan questions, or anything
  that does not fit the two forms.
- **Report a bug** - use the bug report form in this Help Center. Attach screenshots, a
  workflow export, or logs, and we can trace the event end to end.
- **Request a feature** - use the feature request form in this Help Center. A missing
  trigger, a payload field, or a rough edge in the app.
- **In-app chat** - open any page of the app in your Shopify admin and use the chat
  bubble in the corner. Fastest route, and it keeps the conversation tied to your store.

## What to include

Four things let us follow an event from Shopify's webhook through to the Flow trigger:

1. Your **store domain**.
2. The **trigger name**, exactly as it appears in Shopify Flow.
3. An approximate **timestamp** of the change you expected to fire.
4. What **Event History** showed for that moment, if anything.
